4 stroke carburetor 200cc bike?

I have a 4 stroke 200cc endureo bike with no miles on it. After pulling it out of storage it started but i couldn't get the idle right. I then started adjusting the pilot screws and now it wont start. I cleaned the carburetor and after instillation it will start but will not run. I am planning on going to the doctor tomorrow, but I just wanted some insight. For the last month or so I have had mild pain in my foot (in the outside middle of my left foot) mainly in the bony area, but it sometimes hurts in the fleshy part of my heel. Some days the pain is worse than others and it hurts the most and is very stiff when i wake up in the morning. I work a job where I stand all day would standing too much cause this? I don't think it is my shoes since it is only one foot and it does not seem to correspond with when I work. When I make a conscious effort to keep my weight on the other foot a notice a difference in the stiffness and pain the following day.

We are separated while living together for the sake of the kids. Can this possibly work?

After 12 years of marriage and 3 great kids, my marriage is falling apart. My wife has been living in a separate room for 9 months, and since then things have just got worse. There is no infidelity involved, she just doesn't feel the same about me any more. She unfortunately suffered childhood abuse over many years, and the result of much counseling seems to be that i as her partner has been identified me as an abuser too (which I have NEVER done). Guitar tone help Please!!!?

I have been having a lot of trouble trying to find the perfect guitar tone for awhile. I'm looking for a think full and heavy post- rock/metal tone. Something like a Senses Fail guitar tone as an example. Something that has a distinct high end so I can noodle a bit, but a thick enough middle and low end so i can chug on rhythm guitar too. Hello. I know someone with stage 4 Lung Cancer. They went to the doctor for a check up after receiving about 6 chemotherapy treatments. They Cancer has significantly gone down, and the person's condition has improved significantly. Is it possible for your cancer stage to be "downgraded" as you get better? My girlfriend and I were not doing well around Christmas, and I was convinced we were not going to be an item very long as she was "not happy with me". It was during that time that I received and accepted a job offer in another state that she said she would not relocate for. Of course now we're doing much better - something that I really did not foresee. I have moved out and am living near the job now, and she says she "doesn't want to break up, doesn't want to move here or quit her job, and wants to see me all the time". An inmate developed a medical problem after being incarcerated in the Pulaski County Jail in 2004.?

Can I get away with not shaving my armpits at a non profit youth job all summer?

I am a feminine woman who works with teens at a non-profit in NYC. My significant other likes my armpits unshaven and many of my female friends/women in my community also do not shave. I am interested in not shaving as well in part for political reasons. I am not sure if I can get away with it though since I work in an office, even if it is a progressive setting setting. I typically wear short-sleeved shirts (not tank tops) but it can still at times be visible. I have not shaven recently and the weather is just starting to get warm.. Yesterday I started my car and the check engine light came on and started flashing. My engine was running rough at a stop and slow speeds almost like it was about to kill. Checked the code and got p0301 which is cyl 1 missfire. Replaced the plug and sounds better but still sputtering checked distributor cap which seem fine but there were shavings inside which could be from the rotor. Should I replace it? Catie, I feel that you have no confidence in that orthopedist. So try another one but one who works with dancers. The reason for this is dancers are famously known as people who punish their bodies until they breakdown. It is a mindset that is sometimes difficult for other orthopedists to understand. Now I do understand the orthopedist's reluctance to do a surgery if they feel it is not really warranted. The ACL is a very important ligament as it has 2 functions. The first is to keep the thigh bone, femur, in constant contact with the shin bone, tibia. Without this ligament working the femur pistons upon the tibia and breaks down both the meniscus and underlying cartilage. This would lead to further deterioration of the knee causing painful arthritis to develop. The other function is to keep the femur from slipping forward on the tibia. Now according to the MRI there is a severe grade II sprain. This grade means that the tear is between 25 and 50%. Now this is where the difference between the radiologist and orthopedist comes in. The radiologist is always going to note anything that even remotely looks like a problem so that no one can turn around and sue them for having missed something. The orthopedist is going to look at the same films and see what is there from a surgical standpoint. They just don't want to go in there and on the basis of the radiologist perform a procedure that turns out to be wrong. The orthopedist sees far more of this specialty film than the radiologist and again they look at things differently. So go see another orthopedist. If that one agrees that there is nothing wrong then you are going to have to look at another avenue. I purpose that you try these movements to see what happens. You may or may not have done them in physical therapy. Knee injuries have a very interesting side effect. They create what is known as a inhibitory response in the muscle that controls the kneecap and the locking mechanism of the knee. So what occurs is that this muscle doesn't work normally allowing the knee to buckle where it should lock. This would be evident with such activities as stairs and even walking. I would also tell you to stop the ice. I am fairly sure that you are addicted to the use of ice but recent studies show that use of this stops or greatly impedes healing of that area. When you exercise always start the movement with the right knee or leg. For instance doing terminal knee extension movements, the right knee should do 3 sets of 15 reps with a 1 minute rest period between sets. The 1st set should be with a weight that is comfortable to perform. The 2nd set should be with a weigh that is challenging but not a total struggle. The last set should be one that really makes you work to complete. Now do the same with the left knee only the resistance factor is greatly reduced. The 1st set is with a very light weight. Notice how the knee feels. Place a fingertip on the inner aspect of the knee just above and to the outside of the kneecap. That muscle should be flaring up even with a very light weight. The next set should either be with that same weight if nothing heavier can be lifted or with a slightly heavier weight if you can. The same goes for the last set. Lift a weight that you can manage or drop back to a weight that is easy. With time you are going to find that the left knee will start to increase in strength thus upping the weight. The reason that one lifts this way is that there is a reflex in the body that transfers strength from the stronger muscle working to the weaker muscle. So if you are always starting with the injured muscle it is going to struggle to gain strength. Another reason is that when you start with the uninjured side first there is a neurological input that occurs. This wiring is enhanced with each set that is done so that when it is time for the injured area to work the mind and body have an idea of what is supposed to happen. I would recommend that you workout doing the program this way. The use of a horizontal leg press would be beneficial and to do one leg at a time this way. Lunges can be done this way as many other movements. You are going to find that each muscle group in the body has a different strength level. They are not based on handed or legged dominance. Hopefully your therapist will understand this and make the changes in your program to accommodate this. Also just don't work the knee but the entire leg from the hip down to the toes.

Public transportation, might it be the answer for?

Public transportation here is terrible. I work 35 minutes on a good day from my job and there isn't public transportation from my area to the area I work. I put $20 dollars a week in my gas tank for to and from work and if I could take the bus one way, it would cost me $1 each way if I only had to take one bus. But that wouldn't happen either. I would have to keep switching buses and it would be more time consuming and just as costly. It just doesn't work here unless to work downtown and can take one bus to and from so you don't have to pay for parking.

How to handle a stepson who steals!?

I’ve got a huge dilemma. Today I just found out my stepson has used my atm card and took a total of $140 from me within the past two days (he put the card back in my purse). What prompted me to check my bank account is because when I got in my car this morning, I noticed my car was on empty when I just put almost a ½ gallon in on Monday. I only work 5mi from home and don’t go anywhere else aside of that during the week. So I looked and saw an ATM withdrawl for $100 yesterday and $40 the day before. I called my bank and they said it happened before midnight on BOTH occasions. My husband and I are sleeping during that time. A few things that didn’t make sense before are now coming together due to this. I called my husband and was totally upset, he told me to not worry he’d handle this when he got home from work today. I told him I didn’t want to believe this because his son is so well mannered, respectful, is in college and does well all the way around. It made no sense…OH and HE ALREADY HAS A JOB! Granted it’s only pt but still WHY STEAL FROM ME!??? I told my husband if he even thinks he’s going to deny it, I will go to the bank this happened at BOTH TIMES and ask to see the security cameras. I’m going to be a part of this conversation once we get home, but I’m so speechless! I’m angry, hurt, and I don’t know how to even express that to his son, but not come off as a crazy woman! Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about all your problems, to me that doesnt sound right at all, as far as I know you shouldnt be told to push until you are 10 cm dilated so that you dont tear etc, I was feeling alot of pressure and wanted to push at 9 cm but they made me breath through my contractions and didnt allow mre to push until I was 10 cm, I didnt have an epidural I only had gas and air so I cant really help you with that, sorry. The fact that he pulled her out instead of waiting to see if you could do it yourself, since she was nearly out anyway sounds a bit weird, I have never heard of that, usually they would give you a chance to push and then if she was stuck they would use the suction or forceps but from my experience they try not to use those methods unlesss they have to. A friend of mine had the same problem with her placenta, there was a bit left inside and she hemorraged and had to have blood transfusions, she was told she could take the hospital to court becasue they made an error and it could have resulted in her dieing, you are supposed to push the placenta out yourself, the body expels it when your baby has been deilvered, it should not be pulled out. Maybe if you had some sort of counselling to try and get you over this horrible experience you would be a bit more relaxed about having another child? I really wish you the best of luck with your little girl and any future babies you may have :)

Layer of skin over pimple?

I have this pimple that has been there for a while now. I never noticed it so that's why I didn't pop it at that time. Now, there's like a layer of skin formed over the pimple so it's basically almost impossible to pop. I'm wondering... do any of you guys have this too and do you know of any ways to get rid of it? Like should I take a disinfected hot needle and pick off the skin then pop it or what? HELP! thanks.

Failed VBAC and disappointed once again?

My first baby was born early at 35 weeks. She was an undiagnosed breech which lead to emergency Cesarean after 24 hour labour. She then spent two weeks in NICU for respiratory distress. My second baby was born just over a week ago and again I wanted a natural delivery. This time I had an ultra sound scan when I was 4cm dilated and baby was head down, in a good position to be born. Things progressed well and I was soon 10cm dilated. After about 1 hour of pushing I was told by my midwife who had 40 years experience that the head of the baby was trapped by one corner of the cervix that hadn't fully opened, probably due to baby position. Again, I ended up in theatre for my second emergency cesarean section. The surgeon had trouble pulling the baby out as his shoulder was trapped (he had turned during labour and we were back to back so he was face up.). During this operation the surgeon accidentally cut my bladder open and I had to undergo more surgery to fix it. On top of that my uterus and bladder had became joined, either because of the stitching method the surgeon from my first cesarean used, or because of the scar tissue joining them. I had to have a second cut to give them more room to work so now have a longer than usual cesarean scar. I am very disappointed as it would be lovely to give birth as nature intended and for my husband to cut the cord and not to have a long recovery period. Anyone else with similar experience?

Depression?

Depression is real. I thought it was a hoax until a year after I had my son and I got severe anxiety depression, I could feel it running through my body, and it'd cause my muscles to aches and I felt the need to run a marathon, but un motivated to do it and I just wanted to check out of life and that was just not me at all. Most of the time stress causes the nerves in the back of your neck to unconnect and it causes your hormones and chemicals to go out of wack. Medicine helps you calm down and be able to reconnect those nerves. If you want my suggestion, I've tried a few meds and I'd try Zoloft. Paxil, Celexa are crap! Don't go on them they do a reverse affect if you ever want to go off them. I took Zoloft for about a year and was able to get off it just fine and I'm good now, but we all need help once in a while. Go talk to your doctor cause depression will make you sick. You muscles will hurt, your head wil heart, it can cause strain on your heart from the speeding up heart rate. Depression doesn't make you crazy, but it does make it hard to get back into life when you go around feeling horrible and out of it all the time. You may want to look into a free clinic of some sort or talk with the welfare department and see about Medicade. You can go to the doctor while your medicade pending and most of the time if you tell the doctor your struggling financially he'll give you enough samples to last till next payday. Most perscriptions now through Walmart and Target are generic and most only cost $4. More than likely if your anything like me, you have bad anxiety brought on by lots of stress and money problems. The pentameter is bad enough so I find the four stress line easier but you just let it run and it still makes sense without any padding. Engine stalls?

When I place my 1999 Dodge Ram truck 5.9 into reverse it sometimes stalls. Normally when in Drive you can take your foot off of the brake and it will just slightly creep forward until you accelerate. This is not the case in reverse. In reverse if the engine doesn't stall immediately, if you were to take your foot off of the brake you would be going 10mph at idle. Why is it only in reverse that it does this? Where do I need to look for the problem. I recently changed the IAC motor because the truck would die when you took your foot off of the accelerator. This corrected that problem, and the truck was driving fine until last night when it started the Reverse thing again. It started it after a hunting trip where I was driving on a gravel road. Could it be a bad connection somewhere? There are no codes in the PCM. The was recently rebuilt, but the govenor pressure solenoid was not replaced, could that be the problem? I am in need of some serious input and solutions. Help!!

So there is a lot of self selection there. A qualified gay person may have chosen to NOT campaign because being POTUS means that your private life is no longer private. If you become POTUS the press follow you around as much as possible. Self selection is something you must consider in a question like this.

Names are too distracting, make most simple with regular spelling, unless it's a Sci Fi or Fantasy world. Don't use the same beginning letter for main character's names. I think you should definetly geld him :) He sounds sweet, but all stallions should be well behaved. Plus, he might get more stallion-like as he gets older. Also, if he rides, drives etc. you will probably be able to have more fun with him as a gelding and do more stuff with him. If you want a foal, you can always buy one (probably about the same price since there is the cost of vet bills and extra feed etc for the mare) or rescue one that needs a home.

The good news is if you stick with it after you have enough TP you will be allowed to select one card every few months. If your really good you will be able to select more than one.

80's/90's Horror TV Show/Movie Help?

I remember back when I was young staying up late one night with my parents and watching a horror movie or episode of a TV horror show. All I can remember was that a bunch of friends are hanging out by a river and they're out on a raft. Almost a year ago I started noticing a very attractive man who worked next to me. 6 month old baby poor hand eye coordination?

My Son is 6 months old and has been doing puree baby foods for a little while. I been trying some new textures. With my first baby my daughter she was sitting up @ 5 months, could hold a baby mumum biscuit to her mouth and suck/bite, and could eat soft finger foods off her high chair tray. My son at 6 months can't sit up unisted, I put a mumum in his hand and he can't coordinate it to his mouth, tried very tiny bits of finger food on his tray and he don't pick it up, tried a piece in his mouth and he just lets it fall back out. It's almost like he doesn't know how to chew/gum. is this normal?
