Crush on that one girl?

Well ive got a crush on a girl, most beautiful eyes, and smile, every time i hear her voice i start smiling. Now for the problems. 1) Her brother is a good friend of mine, he is a sopre, and i am a senior, (she is also a senior). 2) i can never talk to her ever, i just get so nervous, and i don't know what to do... ive ask other people what to do, mostly girls, but it turns out they (like 4 of them) have liked me and they get bummed out, and i don't want to hurt antibody's feelings so can anyone help me out? she is really popular, and im kinda popular (but i still think i might have a chance... the only thing she has really said to me was how pretty my blue eyes were... does this mean anything? or am i being to ytical? (i have two cles with her, personal finance and calculus)
