Can someone help me write a kiss scene?

I'm writing a romance novel set in Rome, Italy. the girl, Adelaide, just woke from a month and a half long coma. Her health keeps changing from okay, to not so okay. The guy she's kissing, Antonio, is her best friend. He woke from a coma a month ago. The two are in the hospital, and Adelaide is in bed. Antonio is sitting on the bed. The story is in third person.
