4 stroke carburetor 200cc bike?

I have a 4 stroke 200cc endureo bike with no miles on it. After pulling it out of storage it started but i couldn't get the idle right. I then started adjusting the pilot screws and now it wont start. I cleaned the carburetor and after instillation it will start but will not run. I have spark and compression, just don't know where to set the screws. Do i go all the way in and 1 1/2 back out? Should the two be set at different settings? any suggestions, tips or thoughts?
