Dont know what to do dhs and husband immediately s 2 year old?

well about 6 months now we been under dhs because we lost our youngest daughter and we dont know how yet... and they look at our 2 year old daughter like every once in a while.. her dad immediately s her and with anything that is around because he gets home from work he dont like hearing her throw fits well she is 2 and she is going to do that no matter what... and i mean i talk to her in the day and then she is fine but he wont try and talk to her and im scared that im going to lose my daughter over him not Knowing how to handle his anger and i want to leave but im scared that he is going to try and take my daughter because he has tryed before and when he did i came back is there anyway i will lose my daughter because of him doing this and the see she has marks on her or anything
