If we came to America to have religious freedom from Britain, why can we no longer express our religions now?

Because we could offend someone! How horrible would that be! It is ironic though, that the original immigrants came to get away from forced religion, and now its turned to no religion allowed, at least no Christianity allowed. You never hear about Muslims not being allowed to exercise their religion freely.
