Puppy had diarrhea since yesterday morning?

i never fed her for 24 hours then i fed her a boilled egg this afternoon then boiled rice in the evening, ive had the water out at all times, the breeder reccomended to use dirolyte? is it ok to give her baby's dirolyte? shes a GSD 7 weeks 2 days old
