Need Help, Should I trade for Big Ben?

I am confused? Do you want to get rid of Shaub, or have 3 QB's? If you want to get rid of Shaub, trade Shaub and Snelling for Ben, or if he doesn't want Shaub then just hold onto Shaub and trade Bradshaw and Jackson for B en and McCoy. Sorry if this doesn't help, I'm a bit confused. You could just start Vick and bench Shaub until he is good.
