Are conservatives for or against reforestation and using hemp for paper instead?

Whats wrong with letting biodiversity flourish? We know god didn't do it, evolution did. So everything being an 'accident' makes it more precious than a totalitarian extortionist control freak with a childlike temper, isn't it? Since we try to keep other humans out of natures grip of natural selection, why not try to with species?
