Why do people put all the blame on Bush..?

for the national deficet? I swear, the democrats in congress have the backbones of jelly! They promised all this stuff in 2006, lower gas, stop the war, IMPEACH BUSH. Yet they can't even stop him from spending out the wazoo. While I do not always agree with Bush, he has stood by his convictions, but I do believe congress needs to tell him when to stop, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE TO BACKBONE TOO! So why oh why do people blame Bush for all of the national defecit, Congress lets him spend out the wazoo, and also, THEY SEND OUT "relief packages" Even a Republican led congress would have the sense to see that all this spending would have to stop and put limits on Bush, but noo. So why do people put ALL the blame on Bush for the defecit? Dig this, they predict the Democrats to HOLD MORE OF THE HOUSE COME THIS YEARS ELECTION!
