What knots to use when tying someone up?

I want to tie my boyfriend up using rope. I envision his wrists being to the bed post and then his ankles tied together. I am new at this and at knot-tying, so I'd like them to be easy to do and easy to undo. They should also be comfortable for him and very difficult to get out of.
