Should Graham Stringer be reprimanded?

Having heard comments made by Graham Stringer MP claiming dyslexia was a myth I found this quite disturbing. I have known people who have suffered from this over the years and feel it is an outrageous comment to make. Should any member of the public have made a comment like this in there workplace I am sure there would be consequences to face. What do you think?
