jog 3 miles a day everyday until the test. as long as you have at least two weeks to prepare, it should be enough to get you down to 11 minutes. 11 minutes is actually really easy. thats like a 7 min mile pace. running 3 miles is really easy and it takes about 25 minutes. on race day make sure to drink some food and water but not too much. also buy racing shoes (which are really light shoes). racing shoes will cut off about 15-30 seconds just by wearing them
